Peter’s past experiences include over six years of industry management experience in both corporate and subsidiary environments. Selected experiences include: implementing financial and operational processes including systems and internal controls at large multi-location and multi-national organizations. Prior to joining Deloitte, he was appointed to the position of Financial Controller, IT division at Hbc and was responsible for all aspects budgeting and planning, financial reporting, cost allocations, technology investments, return on investments and related internal controls. Prior to Hbc, Peter held the position of Director of Financial Systems and Process Improvements at Geac responsible for ensuring the integrity of processes and systems for its consolidation of management and external reporting of over 40 global legal entities.

Peter served as the past chair of the Deloitte Canadian United Way campaign and raising more than 3 million dollars. He was appointed to the Board of Directors at the Covenant House, Toronto (the largest youth shelter in Canada). He is also the Chair of the Finance Committee, Secretary/Treasurer at the Covenant House. He is also a sessional lecturer at the University of Toronto at Scarborough.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Toronto. In addition, Peter is a designated Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA – Illinois). Peter is also a frequent speaker and chaired conferences.

He leads his own coaching practice, as a Co-Active Coach, working with clients to improve their lives professionally and personally. Stephen specializes with a keynote presentation on overcoming a stutter, how fear plays a factor in all of our lives, and what we can do to reach our full potential (Click here for a youtube video clip). He has taken his corporate experiences to pursue his passions in people and leadership development. Stephen has worked with Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions as a Junior Consultant in their Organization and Leadership Solutions practice; with Suncor Energy Inc. as a Business Analyst in their Leadership Development Program; and with Ernst & Young LLP as a Change Management Consultant.

Stephen is a passionate and dedicated supporter of Future Possibilities for Kids (www.fpcanada.org) – an organization whose mission is to “Grow Leaders.” He volunteers on a subcommittee of their Board of Directors and is a Lead Coach and Facilitator within their youth-oriented leadership programs.

He is a 2009 HBA graduate from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Stephen is a trained Co-Active Coach and is continuing his education with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

Stephen’s aspirations are to continue working with people, causes and organizations he shares values with and believes in. He is all about creating positive impact to improve the personal and professional lives of others in and outside of organizations.

established herself as a leader in problem solving in multiple levels of the corporate and independent business community.  For more than fifteen years, she has been intensely involved in business development, management consulting, technology and marketing strategy.

Prior to establishing Plan in Motion, Suanne spent several years building a strategic distribution channel for overseas software developer, Star System Solutions. She was instrumental in building business and managing operations profitably for 10+ years and, during her tenure, facilitated the successful divestiture of the consulting and software divisions. As Business Development Manager, she exceeded targets in North America by increasing market presence and developing an effective network of value-added resellers.  

Suanne has brought several major software releases to market providing pricing and licensing strategy, application integration and product branding.  She has organized marketing campaigns and trade shows and developed comprehensive webpages, online newsletters and social media campaigns.

Suanne has managed complex project implementations for over 50 clients worldwide, including business process reengineering, change management and software implementation. As an expert in operational process improvement, she regularly presents solutions and implements system compliance initiatives for internal and external mandates.

She has a CMA designation backed by a B.Comm(Honours) degree, and is completing the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) mentorship program. She has worked in production and advertising, professional services, accounting, and law, and is an advisor to undergraduate students for business cases studies and presentations. She has been credited with many awards and recognition throughout her career and contributes generously of her time to business, academic and community associations.

Suanne builds lasting relationships. Known in the business community for being highly personable, she is always committed to the task and passionate about her role in helping each client achieve success.  Her reputation as a successful and reliable business partner shines though in every initiative undertaken.
