Susan is the Senior Vice President Corporate Development (Americas) for DB Schenker which is the second largest Logistics company in the world providing integrated global, regional, and national transportation networks. She is responsible for facilitating the overall strategy and key initiatives for the Americas Region. Under her realm of responsibilities is also included Human Resources, Organizational Development and Communications for Canada.
Prior to joining DB Schenker, Susan also worked as a Senior Consultant for MICA Consulting Partners in Toronto, Ontario and as a university business professor at United States International University and California State University specializing in Strategy, Marketing and Organizational Development. During her tenure as a professor, she was also the elected chair of the Business Enhancement Committee for Rancho Bernardo where she won an award from the California Governor’s office for Chairperson of the Year.
Prior to her academic and consulting career, Susan worked for IBM in marketing and Bell Canada in an engineering capacity
Susan has a Bachelor of Engineering Science from the University of Western Ontario and a Ph.D. in Business from McMaster.
